Terms

These are the terms for using 100x Sellers, operated by 100x Sellers. Using the product means agreeing to them. Questions go to support@100xsellers.com.

What the product does

100x Sellers reads public Amazon pages — listings, search results, ranks and offers — records what they said on the day they were read, and writes those readings up as research.

What a reading is, and is not

A reading is a measurement of a public page at a moment in time. It is not advice, and it is not a prediction. Amazon changes constantly: prices move, ranks move, listings appear and vanish, and a page can differ between two shoppers looking at it at once.

Reports are generated with the arithmetic computed first and a language model writing it up. We take care that the figures are the measured ones, but we do not warrant that any reading, figure or report is complete, current or correct.

Business decisions are yours. What you stock, price, launch or abandon is your judgement, and the outcome is yours too. If a decision needs certainty, verify it independently before you make it.

Your account

Give us an accurate email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us promptly if you think someone else is using it.

A workspace is owned by the person who created it. Its owner controls who else may see its research and is responsible for what those people do inside it.

How you may use it

Use it for your own research, including on behalf of clients. Do not:

  • resell or redistribute the raw readings as a data product of your own
  • work around allowances, rate limits or the paywall, or automate the product to do so
  • use it to harass a competitor, or to break Amazon's own terms
  • try to break, overload or reverse the service

Allowances, credits and paying

A plan grants a monthly allowance of each thing the product meters. Credits are the overflow: when an allowance runs out, work continues against credits rather than stopping.

Allowances reset each period and do not roll over. Credits do not expire unless the credit says so when it is granted, and where it does, the date is shown to you.

Work that has been done is charged for. A reading is paid for when Amazon answers, because by then it has cost us. A run refused before it starts costs nothing.

If a run fails through our fault or a provider's, write to us and we will put the allowance back. We would rather do that than argue about it.

Cancel whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.

What stays yours

Your research is yours. We claim no ownership of the workspaces, products, keywords or reports you create, and we do not use your research to train models.

The product itself — the software, the interface and the way it does what it does — stays ours.

Availability

We aim to keep the product up and we do not promise it always will be. It depends on Amazon being readable and on third parties we do not control, and any of those can fail.

We may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you are paying for, we will tell you and you may cancel.

Ending it

Close your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that puts the service or other customers at risk, and except in serious cases we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may change these. The date at the top will change with them, and material changes will be sent to the email address on your account. Continuing to use the product after that means accepting the new version.
