100x Sellers runs 100x Sellers. This describes what we collect, why, and who else it reaches. Write to support@100xsellers.com about anything here.

What we collect

Your account. Your name, email address and password, which is stored hashed and cannot be read back by us or anyone else. If you answer the onboarding questions, your answers.

Your work. The workspaces you create, the people you invite to them, the products and keywords you research, and the reports produced from that research.

Your usage. What you spent and when — the readings taken, the reports written and the allowance or credits they came out of. We keep this because it is your bill, and you are entitled to check it.

Ordinary server logs, including IP addresses, kept for security and debugging.

Which pages get used. We use Google Analytics to count visits. It is set to storage-denied by default, so it does not put advertising or analytics cookies on your device unless you tell us otherwise, and it never receives your name, your email or anything you have researched.

What we never hold

Card details. Payments, when they are switched on, go directly to Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers and we could not produce one if asked.

Your Amazon credentials. We never ask for them and the product has nowhere to put them. Everything we read from Amazon is a public page any shopper can open.

What we read from Amazon

We read public Amazon pages: listings, search results, best-seller ranks and offer pages. That is product information — prices, ratings, review counts, ranks — and not information about the shoppers who left it.

A reading is stored with the date it was taken and never overwritten, so a price you saw last month is still the price you saw last month. That is the product working as intended rather than data being hoarded.

Who else sees it

We use these, and only these, and each sees only what it needs to do its job:

DecodoFetches the Amazon pages. Receives the keyword or product identifier being read, never your account details.
Google (Gemini)Writes the reports. Receives the Amazon data collected for that report. Your name and email are not sent.
StripeTakes payments, once payments are switched on. Receives your billing details directly from you.
Google AnalyticsCounts visits so we can see which pages are used. Receives the page you are on and a rough location, never your name, email or research.
Our hosting and email providersRun the servers and deliver account email such as verification and invitations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your account and your work are kept for as long as your account exists. Research is deliberately durable: reports and the readings behind them are the record you paid for, and deleting them quietly would make your own history unreliable.

Ask us to delete your account and we will delete it and the workspaces you alone own, except where we are required to keep billing records. Server logs age out on their own.

What you can ask for

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to support@100xsellers.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the UK, EU or another place with data protection law, those rights are yours by statute and nothing here limits them.

Security

Passwords are hashed. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Each workspace's data is isolated at the database level and a query that cannot name a workspace fails rather than returning everything — which is a deliberate choice to make the unsafe case an error instead of a leak.

No one can promise a system is unbreakable. If we ever have a breach affecting you, we will tell you.

Changes

If we change this, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be sent to the email address on your account rather than quietly published.
